Weighing-Packing Conveyor
Do you need to fill packages with small products to an exact weight? This versatile Weighing-Packing Conveyor is the machine of choice. Just set the weight you require and this machine fills the hopper to that amount, then trip the hopper to fill your packages. Product is emptied into the hopper of the double-belted conveyor. The larger belt fills a hopper suspended under a platform scale to a predetermined value, stops, and then the small belt tops up the hopper to the exact weight. The required weight value can be easily changed on the touch keypad with digital display. All parts are fabricated from stainless steel and food-grade materials. The conveyor drives are electric gearmotors. The Weighing-Packing Conveyor sits on casters for easy mobility. The unit requires an air supply to operate the dump hopper.
